Meet Mindy Meyer, the 22-year-old Orthodox Jew running for New York State Senate as a Conservative Republican.

I can tell you one thing, I have no experience in corruption. This is how politics has to change. There is always corruption, but I have the intention to follow my values and ensure that none of what happens in my district is corrupt. (mindymeyer4senate)

Good for her. The 'no experience in corruption' line is nice. Will she win? How the hell should I know? Probably not, if I had to guess. She's a law student; kind of cute (hard to tell through all that Photoshopped looking make-up).  Her slogan is "I'm Senator and I Know It" from the LMAFO lyrics "I'm Sexy and I Know It." She's an Orthodox Jew, so the chance of scandalous pictures of her coming out are not great (I know, sucks).

She has a twitter account, but it's a terrible handle: @meyer4nysenate. What happens if she wins? Then it makes no sense. And why is the picture of her in front of the Capitol Building, she's running for State Senate, not U.S. Senate. Does she know the difference? Neither answer makes her look good.

I hope she wins. Because I'm bored, and it would the political equivalence of a group of dressed-up ladies getting out of a limo after a long day of wine tasting.
