KPIX obtained footage from someone's dashcam (who has a dashcam?) of a couple of guys in Oakland, in the middle of the day, pulling out guns and opening fire on passing cars.
What's wild is that as much attention the actual shooting is getting, more attention is being given to the young man crossing the street seemingly unphased by it. And yes, as someone who would probably wet himself if a car backfired close by I think a young person with a backpack glancing over his shoulder at the sound of multiple gunshots the same way someone might when they hear a loud argument is pretty amazing, but I would think that the shooting would be the main story. I mean, they have video of two guys with guns just blasting a passing car..! Nope. Footage of a daytime shooting in Oakland isn't enough; they need a better story hook. That is amazing.
